Mark started A Sustainable Service after years of watching homeowners get burned by big-box remodeling outfits — overcharged, overlooked, and left with shoddy work the day the check cleared.
The pitch was simple: one contractor who shows up every day, gives you a fixed price, and builds it like he'd build it for his own family. The "sustainable" part isn't a marketing gimmick — it's how Mark was raised to build. Use materials that last. Don't waste water. Don't pay the power company more than you have to.
